Asthma signs and symptoms

Asthma is an incurable disease that affects the lungs and makes breathing difficult. Muscle spasms of the bronchi, which causes hardening of the airways. Early warning signs before you start experiencing symptoms of either asthma. They can not be serious enough to stop the activities of daily living, but must be seen to realize what was happening. People suffering from asthma should always have a peak flow meter to hand. Peak flow meters measure the speed of air exhaled from the lungs. Knowing the maximum reference flow is a way to manage your asthma and determine whether the attack is close asthma. If the size of reference moving between 50-80% of your best then it is a sign of attack is close asthma. If the measurement falls below 50%, then your ability to breathe sufficient oxygen is disabled and you should consider this an emergency and went to the hospital. Identification of early changes in the measurement of flow meter is essential to understand and predict when an attack might occur asthma.

If you can not evaluate the initial symptoms, symptoms can develop into an attack asthma. You may experience a persistent cough, without the ability to pause, fast breathing, chest pain or pressure, stiff neck and chest sink into the skin like a breath (retractions), difficulty speaking, and inability to perform day-to-day activities. As symptoms worsen anxiety or panic can set in the skin may be pale and sweaty, lips and hands can become blue  from lack of oxygen, breathing in and out can be impossible, and people may have a tense posture, and to capture the atmosphere. Finally, if people do not accept the help of medication, inhalers, nebulizer, EMT or emergency room, they could lose a sense of lack of oxygen and potentially death. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of asthma attacks is critical to the health and welfare of people suffering from asthma. Understanding the early signs and symptoms of a real asthma can determine the type of treatment or procedures necessary.
